Broken Submarine Cable

Have you noticed the sluggish speed of internet since last December 19, 2008. This was caused by the broken submarine cable somewhere in Tunisia. This event makes me inactive online for about a week. It's so annoying to use the internet with that speed. Downloads , browsing and chats are all affected. I was not able to watch youtube and my favorite sex scandal site.
